0:01. The scene opens with the view of the back of a black Jeep moving at a constant speed. The speed never changes throughout the entire ad. It is moving at a speed that would possibly kill someone if the jeep were to strike a person. The paint on the Jeep is chipping away revealing the bare metal underneath the coat of paint. This indicates that the jeep is old and driven frequently, but the driver does not care about the appearance probably because he is extremely invested in his mission. We can make the inference that this is not an ad for the Jeep brand, otherwise the Jeep would be in pristine condition and shown in an attractive manner. There is no cover over the vehicle, possibly to enhance the driver’s view of hi surroundings. There is a roll cage present. To the left of the classic spare tire on the back of the trunk door, is a magnet that reads “I believe” and a silhouette of what appears to be the mythical creature Bigfoot. The vehicle is traveling down a dirt path surrounded by bare trees. The sky is covered in gray clouds which shield most of the sunlight making the ambience appear dull and gray.

The camera pans out to reveal the male driver wearing an akubra style hat with the brim wrapping all the way around. He is also wearing a brown leather jacket, suggesting he is an explorer type.

0:02-3. The audience appears to be ‘sitting’ in the passenger seat with the view of an air freshener dangling from the rearview mirror. It is shaped similar to the silhouette on the magnet from the back of the Jeep.

0:04. The camera points down into the vehicle from overhead. On the passenger seat lies a map. On top of the map is a set of binoculars where an iPhone is placed with the screen facing upwards.  The binoculars and the map are clues to indicate that the explorer has been searching for Bigfoot for quite some time. The interior can be described as old, the gauges are non-digital and the speedometer is in the middle of the dashboard where the radio would be normally. The radio is hanging from underneath the dashboard right below all of the gauges.

0:05-6. The camera zooms in on the iPhone as to draw the audience’s attention to it. With that, the screen illuminates and it is clear that it is a text from a person assumed not to be present at the scene.

The camera cuts to the drivers face for the first time and the audience can see that the driver is a fairly young male, possibly around twenty-five years old. His skin is very smooth and hairless. The frames of the glasses on his face are large, they cover from the top of his cheek bone to the very bottom of his forehead. There is an ‘O’ symbol on the arms of the glasses; ‘O’ meaning the brand Oakley. Oakley glasses are commonly known for their high prices and high fashion quality.

0:07-9. Text appears on a black screen stating “The average text takes your eyes off the road for 5 seconds.” It only appears for a mere three seconds and cuts back to the scene.

0:10-11. The driver is now reading the text while driving the vehicle at a high rate of speed (the speed still has not changed from the beginning). The text that he received reads “Are you still hunting Bigfoot?” this confirms that the driver is indeed searching for the mythical creature.

0:12-14. At a different angle now, the Jeep drives straight toward the camera as if it were “standing” in the middle of the dirt road. The license plate reads “BF HTR” which is assumed to mean ‘Bigfoot Hunter.’

Bigfoot walks in front of the camera but we only see from his chest to his torso. Bigfoot doesn’t appear to be terrifying at all. In fact, he looks as fluffy as a giant brown teddy bear. Bigfoot swings his arms while he walks in a doofus like fashion. Since the driver is too worried about his phone, he does not even realize that he almost struck the creature that he has been searching for. The filmmakers intention is to emphasize the importance of keeping eyes on the road. Bigfoot looks as though he can have a mother that loves him. The fatal accidents caused by distracted driving can have horrendous repercussions for everyone involved.

0:15.  There is a close up of the cell phone and the driver finishes the text, sends it, and places the phone back on the passenger seat.

0:16-18. We see the driver from the eyes of the figurative passenger and he is intently looking at the surrounding area indicating he is searching for bigfoot.

0:19-22. The audience looks at the vehicle travelling along the road as if they were in the woods looking out towards the road. The words “Just enough time to miss Bigfoot” are across the top of the screen. Then we see the familiar body of Bigfoot walk across the screen one more time at the same angle we saw him the first time.

0:23-25. The screen fades to black and the words “And so much more…” are displayed on the screen. The filmmaker is clearly referring to the possibility of a fatal accident due to texting and driving.

0:26-30. A website is now on the screen called ‘stoptextsstopwrecks.org’ this confirms that this is a no texting and driving ad.

0:01- A dark grey or black colored CJ-7 Jeep shows up on screen. It is sporting a spare tire. The driver is wearing a large black hat and warm cloths. The soft top is off of the Jeep but it looks cold out. A sticker with an ape is on the back next to the spare tire. The sky is gloomy and the person is going off roading. It is either later in the day or early in the morning based on the sky.

0:03- The film cuts to the front windshield looking out on the hood. On the center mirror, a bigfoot cut out is hung. The Jeep is going over bumps because the cut out is swinging.

0:04- The Jeep is confirmed to be a CJ-7 based on the head lights it sports. Their is stock fog lights on the bumper and the licence plate is white with black lettering. The plate reads BF-THR. The Jeep is completely stock except for the ugly chrome windshield hinges. The woods is gloomy and a light bit of fog is rolling across the ground.

0:05- The camera angle is above the Jeep. The Jeep is a manual 5 speed without the center council. The shifter nob is black and its in 3rd gear. That means it is not moving fast, at most 35mph. On the stock bucket seat, there is a map, a pair of binoculars, and an iphone. In the passenger floor well, are a pair of dirty work gloves. The floor well does not appear to be rusted out, a typical problem with this Jeep model. The Jeep seems to be in good condition.  The driver is wearing warm cloths. A message comes up on the screen of the phone.

0:10- The camera is acting as the eyes of the driver. The driver looks down at this phone and unlocks it to view the message. He does not seem to look up while driving. Being unsafe.

0:14- The Jeep is barreling down the trail and the leaf springs on the Jeep and the shocks are pretty stiff. Meaning that they were replaced not to long ago. The driver is looking down at his phone not paying attention. A hairy creature walks out in front of the Jeep dodging the SUV.

0:16- The driver types a message on his Iphone, not paying attention to the trail.

0:17- The driver looks forward, watching the road. He did not see the hairy creature. He missed the encounter with whatever the creature was.

0:18-  A message appears on the screen, “Just enough time to miss bigfoot”

0:20 Bigfoot walks infront of the screen as the Jeep continues to drive down the path.

0:23 “And so much more” comes up on the screen.

The purpose of this video is to show that a lot of things can happen or be missed when using a cellphone while driving.  The producer of the video shows how being distracted can effect ones life in may ways.

0:00-0:03 We get to take a look at the tablet the woman was looking at it is an advertisement towards how to grow your 401(k) from a website called AceYourRetirement.com. This tells us this is an ad for retirement

0:03-0:05 We pan over to a bunch of college kids, they look like they are a team and won something. The girls are in excitement while a girl on the center left is holding a victory trophy. The mom is cheerful with the group of girls. They also seems to be a fraternity because of the symbols in the room

0:06-0:07 They are in a fraternity home, and are celebrating a win for for something with one of the kids hugging their mom.

0:08-0:10 We pan over to a mom and child in a bank. The mom is creating a bank account for the daughter, and the daughter looks clueless to whats going on

0:10-0:12 The kid and mom are grown up with holding a pamphlet at a college that says “look forward to a brighter future”

0:12-0:15 The mom and kid are now touring, about 3 different times the college background changed, showing that they are looking to pick the best college

0:15-0:18 The mom is showing a board with three options for college, about the pros and cons regarding tuition, meal etc.. And its very elaborate

0:00 In this freeze frame, we are outside in the middle of the day. We are at a gas station; a gas pump takes over most of the screen. The dusty sepia landscape we are presented with shows the quality is overexposed and washed out, giving the impression that it was made decades ago, pushing us to believe this takes place in an earlier time. There is a sense this was during the 1980s.

The gas pump is older looking. Instead of digital numbers indicating price it has analog numbers. This gas pump doesn’t feature that allows credit card payment. In our line of site the gas pumps are labeled 3 and 4.  We assume there is also pumps 1 and 2, we register that this must be a smaller scale gas station.

The scene is cast in daylight and by the way the shadows are cast it seems to be midday.  A seemingly empty gas station in the daylight is much different than during the night time.  Night time, casts everything in darkness giving it a dangerous or potentially threatening vibe.

The space is very dull and unkept.  The pavement has several cracks scattered about.  The surrounding area offers no greenery or landscaping.   The dull coloring and the plain area hint this may be a  depressed neighborhood. The houses in the distance are small and tidy enough.  Middle class ranchers with small fading patches of grass for lawn.

An old-model sedan enters the scene. The car pulls up in front of a brown brick building. A payphone is prominent against the wall. There haven’t been pay phones at gas stations since the 80s. Within the first second of the video we get a strong sense this video is dated to the 1980s for a reason.

0:02- The bright blue of the payphone is hard to ignore.  The older sedan is brown and seems to blend in with the brown brick of the building as it parks in front of the building. The rest of the surrounding seem to blend in with the dull.  But amongst it all is the bright blue pay phone. It draws you to the center of the screen.

0:03- Two teenage girls enter the picture. They come into the frame jogging up to the phone.  They are pretty and young but the hair and fashion of their outfits screams 80’s. One girl who steps out of the driver side is wearing pale high rise jeans and a white shirt. Her hair is teased and volumized.  Her friend is wearing a long sleeve black sweatshirt paired with patterned tights underneath green athletic shorts.  She is holding something in her hand and has sunglasses on. The black and white contrast of the girls outfits makes the connection to black and white.  Right and wrong.  But the coloring of the scene is neither black nor white.  The background that surrounds the two girls is a wooded area.  They may be from somewhere in the suburbs, a small town that hugs the wood line.

0:04- The girl in the white grabs the payphone and turn toward the other girl.  The girl in the white out stretches her hand toward the other girl.  The girl looks to be holding a wallet in her hand but its too blurry to tell.  The girl reaching out her hand seems to be the dominant one. She doesn’t need to say anything to get what she wants; all that’s needed is a simple hand motion. She isn’t asking, she’s stating. The other girl already has the change ready for her.  That seems to indicate that they’ve done this before.  Or it could mean that the girls are close enough to be on the same page.

0:05- The girl and the payphoen become the only focus.  She is reaching for the phone, her face is calm.  In her white shirt and hair blowing back gently, she seems very innocent.  She has makeup on, her eyeshadow and her lip are bold enough to be noticed but still seem casual.  A sign is in the background behind her.  It seems to be a football scoreboard or a tall sign of some sort.  Beyond that there is a sparse tree line, houses are seen through the trees. The faded printing of PHONE on the booth is just above the girls forehead. The sense that this was dated to 1980 for a reason becomes true.  It portrays two friends who need to get in touch with someone before they continue on their way.  In order to contact someone a long distance away, they would need to phone someone on a payphone.  Today, we can call, text, facetime, snapchat and direct message.  The options seem endless but in 1980 if you had to get in touch with someone right away, you better use the nearest payphone available.

0:06- Girl’s fingers begin dialing a number. She dials the number with no hesitation, she knows this number well.   Her nail polish is white and slightly chipped and dirty.  Above the numbers there is a sticker with SAVE in all bold letters. The words below SAVE are illegible.  Above the dialing center is instructions on how to work the phone.  Upon closer inspection, you can see the phone booth is dirty and has been used frequently.  The phones cord outstretches and cuts out of frame. But the way it is portrayed it seems to go straight into the girls form.

0:08- The girl in white moves to bring the phone to her ear. While her friend stands by with her hand on her hip, peering over her sunglasses. The sign behind her looks to be a scoreboard or the posted gas prices.

0:09- The girl in white looks upward as she moves to bring the phone to her ear.  Her friend besides her remains blank faced as she waits beside her.  The girls seem annoyed either with each other or the person they are calling.

0:10- The girl switches the phone to her left hand, as she lazily leans against the booth.  Her friend waits by with her hand on hip.  When the girl switches the phone to her left hand we are able to notice the hair tie on her wrist.  Her white hair tie is snug against her wrist as she holds the phone.  We can relate the hair tie to a handcuff as if shackled to the phone.

0:11- The girl in white rolls her eyes as her mouth remains in a straight line. The girl besides her now only has one hand on her hip.  Her face is stone cold with boredom. The girls look annoyed, as they continue to progress in phone call.  It’s as if they have more important things to be focusing on and that this is simply an inconvenience.   The phone is finally pressed against her ear.  Wind blows the one girls hair back.

0:14- The girl in white flounces towards driver’s side of car with a bounce in her step. From the beginning of the video, you could tell she was the one in charge, it makes sense she is the driver.  While her friend is merely there for the ride through out it all.  The girl’s hands are empty as she continues to stride toward the door. She seems to have forgotten about the annoyance caused by her phone call.

0:15- The front side of the car is the main shot. In the background, you can see the girl in white approaching the driver’s side. The grass is overgrown in some places. Trees and farm land are very distant in background. Telephone in the back looks like a cross with the sky surrounding it.

0:16- Background stays the same; the woods and the telephone pole still in view.  The car color changes. Interior leather seats.  The girls form can be seen through window. She is holding something in her hand. The color quality seems cooler and blue compared to the previous warm sepia.

0:17- The girl’s hand is not empty, she holds a phone in her hand.  The door is open.  The make and model of the car is unimportant, the brand cannot be seen on the steering wheel. The car is newer and seems to be more expensive, the seats are clean and tan. The interior is slick and black, very modern.  The radio looks to be touch screen and the panel of the car seems to have money options for settings.  This girl is alone.  You can tell because she doesn’t seem to have any interest in the passenger seat. Her interest is focused on her phone, indicating her friend is whoever she is texting. Her friend doesn’t have to be present in person to communicate with the girl. From the modern sleekness of the car and the touchscreen display of the phone we can guess this scene takes place around 2015.

0:18- The girl is wearing black ripped jeans and a black hoodie.  Phone still in hand as she begins to step into her car. This appeals to the previous mention of clothing color in the other two girls. Dark clothing hints that something dark or bad is about to happen.    The main girl, the driver, was wearing a white top and pale jeans. This girl in light colors made a phone call from a payphone. This current girl is wearing the opposite, decked out in dark clothes. She has no need for a payphone, since she holds a much more convenient version of it in her hand.

0:19- The girl gets into the car and is seated. Her arm is reached to shut the door.  From this point of view, you can tell it’s the same girl in white from earlier.  But it is obviously a different time period due to the condition of the car, technology in hand and clothes being worn.   The car is all black except for the tan seats.  The sun is shining in from the window. She is wearing a tan hat with her hair pulled back.  She has her ears pierced and has her cellphone in her hand. Even as she is reaching to close her car door her eyes never leave her phone screen.

0:20- The camera view is low to the ground as if placed on road behind the front left tire. Before all the camera angles were from a less invasive distance as if the camera was just a bystander. This time the camera seems to be apart of the car, moving all the road as the car does. The black car the girl is driving starts to drift slightly over the yellow line. A car can be seen in the distance on the other side of the road. Greenery lines the road toward the left, and on the right side in the distance telephone poles can be seen.

0:21- the camera point of view switches as if looking over the girl’s shoulder. Black interior of car with black clothing draws your eyes toward white screen of phone. Text convo can be seen but words can’t be deciphered.  But her head is angled to the side, looking at the phone. She has the AC on but not high; she is also wearing a light hoodie with jeans. It is most likely in the middle of a nice sunny day. Her thumb is hovering over keyboard.  She has two unanswered texts on screen, she is two sentences into her reply.

0:22- The camera point of view is low to ground again. The girl’s car is now well over the yellow line. Heading straight toward the van on the opposite side of the road.  You can assume this point of view is from the front of the girl’s car because you can’t see any part of the car. The greenery has thinned and telephone poles line the side of the road. The pavement is uneven and cracking slightly down the center of the lane. The van on the other side of the road is now only a few feet away.  The angle of the car is heading straight into them.  It is a dark colored minivan in the crossfire.

0:02 – In the first image, a group of young people comprised of both males,females, and multiple races are sitting in a room. There is a tan couch and green striped curtains, which could suggest that they are in a living room. The curtains are closed. Therefore, I can infer that it may be nighttime, since the curtains could be preventing people from seeing into the house with the lights on. One of the boys is sitting on a bright pink, large bouncy ball on top of the couch. It is interesting that he is doing this. He looks unsteady, like he could fall very easily. Red solo cups are scattered around the room and in people’s hands, indicating that they are most likely drinking alcohol. I can assume from the balancing act on the couch that the kids are being slightly reckless due to the alcohol in their system. I can also assume that due to the reckless behavior and young age of the people, that the video is suggesting that they are underage. It is most likely illegal for them to be consuming alcohol. There is a guitar in the corner of the room, so one or more of the people in the scene are probably able to play the instrument. There is also a painting on the wall of a person on a skateboard. The painting further suggests that the house is inhabited by young people, since the artwork is rather juvenile.

0:03 – In this image, the boy on the bouncy ball is seen falling off and tumbling towards the ground. It can be assumed that a stuntman was hired to perform this action, since it is highly dangerous. The camera pans out to show more of the room. There is a big mess of red solo cups and food scattered around the room. There is a lamp turned on, which could possibly confirm the theory that it is night time. However, the curtains do not cover a window as previously thought. They cover a door leading to the outside. There are weights on the floor, which suggests that one or more of the people work out. All of the furniture is colorful and vibrant, as well as rather cheesy. The decor indicates that young people live in the residence. The house is either rented or owned by young people, or they are in a “kid’s room” of a house owned by older people. It is also obvious that the get together was planned ahead of time, since there are snacks scattered in bowls around the room.

0:04 – The boy on the bouncy ball completely crashes onto the ground, causing a table filled with food to break. He falls and is seen lying on the ground. White text appears on the screen over top of the scene. It says “PARTY FOUL.” This text is most likely referring to the boy falling on the ground. It was a poor choice to joke around on the bouncy ball, causing the boy to fall. Therefore, it could be considered a party foul. The camera pans out further and you can see another young girl holding a red solo cup, who is most likely underage. She has her hand raised to her face, indicating that she is shocked/surprised. This expression is probably a reaction to the boy falling and breaking the table, which is very unusual typically, but is common for a situation involving drunk teenagers.

0:05 – A new scene appears. A group of young people are sitting around a table, which appears to be in a kitchen or dining room. On the table, there is beer, red solo cups, hot sauce, and a plate that looks like it is filled with spicy peppers. A man in a red checkered shirt and backwards hat is eating the peppers by shoving a lot of them in his mouth at once. A woman is standing near him, dumping hot sauce onto the peppers as he eats them. There is a group of people gathered around the table cheering on the man as he shoves the food into his mouth. It looks like it is night time due to the lighting in the room. Also, you can see the darkness through the transparent brown curtains that are hung up on top of the windows. The lights are clearly on in the room due to the yellow hue. It is most likely summer, since the woman is wearing shorts and a tank top.

0:06 – The man is trying to swallow the peppers while laughing along with everyone. He appears to be struggling. He is sitting on a cushioned bench around a table. He is surrounded by a number of people who are watching him.

0:07 – The man stands up and spits out his food onto the table, creating a mess. The woman next to him opens her mouth wide, showing that she is shocked. You can see a reflection of overhead hanging lights in the windows.

0:08 – The scene is still the same, except more white text appears on the screen that says “PARTY FOUL.” It is obvious the text is in response to the man spitting out his food. It is implied that shoving too much spicy food into his mouth at once was a poor decision. The woman’s facial expression changes from one of surprise to one of concern.

0:09 – A new scene appears. There is a fireplace in the background with alcohol sitting on the ledge. There are people talking around the room. The lighting is dimmed significantly. There is a young man and a young woman in the room. The girl appears to be swinging a golf club. The boy appears to be assisting her. There are also blue solo cups scattered throughout the room, which suggests that they are drinking alcohol. Their actions appear to be very inappropriate for indoors and highly dangerous. Their actions are symbolic of the effects of irresponsible consumption of alcohol.

0:11 – The girl swings the golf club, and it flies out of her hand and lands on the ground. The couple looks surprised and shocked as to what just occurred. In addition, they also look worried that they might have broken a piece of furniture.

0:13 – The camera pans to the wall, showing that the golf club knocked a mirror off the wall. There is a table with two lamps on it. There are also a number of decor items on the table. The room indicates that the people who live there are well off financially. The people around look shocked and worried by their wide eyed expressions. The same white text appears on the screen once again, saying “PARTY FOUL.” Swinging a golf club indoors could be considered a poor decision, prompting the words.

0:14 – The scene changed once again. The camera is above a group of people crowding around a table. There are blue solo cups arranged on the table, suggesting that the group is partaking in a drinking game. There is food on the floor. There is a fireplace and a television, so it is probably a living or family room. There is a juvenile piece of art in the corner of the room, which reads “LOL.” This artwork further suggests that young people reside in the house.

0:15 – The young man that was standing near the table filled with the blue solo cups jumps onto the table, landing on his stomach. He jumped very high in the air, which is shown by the swaying of the overhead lamp after he hit it with his hand. There are people standing and sitting around the room with blue solo cups in hand.

0:16 – The table breaks as the man’s weight lands upon it. The blue solo cups fall onto the floor. The same white text appears on the screen reading “PARTY FOUL.” Once again, this text is referring to the poor decision of the man crashing onto the table.

0:18 – There is a group of young adults outside. It is night time. Everyone is dressed in short sleeves, suggesting that it is summer. There is a man smiling and holding his hand up. It looks like he might be about to give a handshake to the man standing next to him as an introduction. The group of people are standing along a wooden fence. There are two young men and a young woman of a variety of ethnicities.

0:20 – The people start walking in one direction. They are laughing, and it looks like they might be being loud. It is warm outside since the people are dressed in shorts and t-shirts/tank tops.

0:22 – One of the young men takes keys out of his pocket and unlocks a gray car. He and others and walking in the direction of the vehicle. The car lights are on, shining onto a driveway. It is nighttime.

0:24 – The young man walks to the car and pulls open the driver’s door. People are walking around him.

0:25 – The young man is laughing and appears carefree as he gets into the car. There is a young woman getting into the passenger seat. You can see a reflection of a house outdoor light in the car window.

0:27 – The scene is of the young man and woman sitting in the car. They appear to be facing one another while talking. White text appears on the screen that says “underage drinking and driving.”

0:28 – The same scene is in the background. However, new white text appears that says “the ultimate PARTY FOUL.” This message is in reference to the young man. He had obviously been drinking and therefore should not be driving. Therefore, it is an extremely dangerous party foul.

0:31 – The scene fades out and becomes completely black. White text is all that is left on the screen, which reads “ultimatepartyfoul.org.” The words provide a link for a viewer to go to in order to find out more information about underage drinking and driving.

This PSA, entitled “Party Foul,” is about underage drinking and driving. It shows multiple scenarios in which young adults make poor decisions due to the effects of alcohol. These actions are often dangerous. Then, it shows a young man who had been drinking getting into a car to drive, along with a passenger. Words appear on the screen explaining how this is a bad idea while also implying the danger of it.

0.01- A young hispanic boy, about 8 years old, sitting at the end of his driveway. His red bicycle is fixed upside down like he is fixing the the chain connected to the bake tire. There is also a bicycle in the background, green, maybe his friends or his brothers. There is a helmet lying next to his bike which indicates that safety is important to him. There is a wall that leads into a driveway. The wall is a light brown wall and the driveway looks like it connects to a home that you would see in Florida. It looks hot outside as the sun is shining bright. There is a trashcan in the background with another nike besides it. This ay indicate that they are getting rid of the bike. Another boy is also shown riding out of the driveway. He is also wearing a helmet. This leads me to think that their family thinks that safety is important. The front yards grass is not that full and has a lot of dirt patches. They must not keep up with their lawn. The quality of the video is not the best, which means it is older maybe early 2000.

0.02-0.05- The video zooms in to show the young boys facial expressions. Sad. He looks sad, maybe worried about something or lonely. He is wearing a red zip up hoodie with the arms cut off. He is also wearing shorts, which indicates that it is indeed hot. The red bicycle looks scratched up and the wheels of the bike also look like they are losing there tread. The boy looks like he needs a hair cut, which may lead us to think that he cannot afford one or his family cannot afford one. His eyes look up at the camera and they look like they are squinting in a way because of the sun being in his face. His lips shrivel up as if he were angry at something. He begins talking and looks sad while saying something.

0.06-0.07- There are kids on a playground full of sand. the main focus is on the swing set. In the background we see other kids of all different culutres playing and having a good time. On the swing set, to the right there is a girl in a red plaid shirt kicking her legs back and forth in order to swing. In the middle, there is a young boy in shorts also swinging back and forth. All the way over to the left, there is a girl sitting on the swing with her head down. She looks sad. She’s not having fun at a park, which most kids enjoy. Something is wrong, something is off.

0.08-0.09- The camera zooms in so we can get a better visual of the young girls face. She has short red curly hair. She is wearing a yellow flowered shirt with shorts. She is also wearing a watch, looks like an inexpensive watch. She looks to be about 8-9 years old. Her back is hunched over as she is sitting on the swings. She begins talking and it is hard to read her facial expression because the sun is in her eyes. Her eyes are squinting and her cheekbones are high. She’s obviously at a park. In the background its a sunny day. You also see another young girl on a rocking horse bouncing up and down in the background. The playground is also full of mulch.

0.10- A small hand is touching what it looks to be a sprinkler. The is a blue figure in the background that somewhat looks like it could be someone wearing a blue shirt. The quality of the video is still not all that great.

0.11-There are three girls playing in the sprinkler. There are two girls specifically that the hand at the 10 seconds mark could have been but they are both similar in skin tone. The three girls have there hands up, maybe they are playing a game. There is a hula hoop and a soccer ball in the background. They are playing on grass which is brown. Brown grass indicates that it is dry outside, either meaning no rain or humidity. To the right of the yard there looks to be a garden. In the picture you can only see one plant that looks to be dry as well. No one is taking care of this yard. There is a lawn chair in the background that sits next to a small red grill.

0.12-0.13- The camera zooms into one of the girls. She is wiping her face with her hand to get the water away. The young girl says something really quick. Her eyebrows raised as if she was surprised. She too, looks concerned.

0.14-0.17- Now, there is a young boy, around 7 years old, african american descent. He has a huge afro, which may mean he cannot afford to get his haircut or maybe he just liked his hair to be long. He is wearing a gray cut off t-shirt with blue shorts. He’s hunched over and looks like something is wrong. He is sitting on what it appears to be the sideline of a outdoor basketball court. There is a fence directly behind him. The video shows shadows of other kids playing basketball on the court. Something is wrong with the young  boy because he does not want to play.  He has a sad look on his face like he wants something or something is wrong.

0.18-0.22- A somewhat older looker girl is now in the next scene. Maybe about 9-10 years old. She has her hair pulled back in a pony tail with a little side bang hanging across her forehead. The background is blurred out and focused on her face. But we can see what it appears to be some blurred out tree branches with the sky behind it. Her eyes looks low and her mouth is open. She also looks worried or sad about something. She begins talking and her facial expression does not change, When she looks away from the camera, her eyes look away slow, she may be tired. She also looks like she may not have any energy.

0.23- The next scene now shows three kids between the ages of 10 and 6 jumping rope. There is a girl jumping in the middle, a younger girl to the left controlling the jump rope, and an older boy about 10 controlling the right side of the jump rope. The are on a concrete surface. There is a field of grass behind them and the sun looks like it is going down. There are words on the screen now that say “Summer isn’t fun when you’re hungry.”

The message of this video was that summer isn’t fun when you’re hungry. The filmmaker made clips of kids who look sad because they are hungry. When its summer time, they do not have lunch given to them like they do while they are in school.

0:01-0:02 The flag of texas is displayed hovering slightly above a white wall, composed of three colors, red,white,and blue. There is 3 sections, a blue section on the left, with a white star in the center of it, and a white section above a red section on the right. The camera recording this is placed in such a way you can see the flag’s shadow lightly casted along the wall. Based on the shadow, light appears to be coming from the left side, and you can tell the flag has wrinkes based off the light’s position as well. The flag has two gold rings on the top-left and one on the bottom-left corners. These rings are what the ropes used to raise flags go through. Based on the lighting and the stillness of the flag, I am under the assumption that this is indoors. It could possibly be nighttime, as the light in the background seems very artificial, along with the fact that there is no indicator of sunlight, that or it could be in a windowless room.

0:02-0:04 The flag seems to change its appearance in a very unreal way. The blue colored portion of the flag breaks its boundaries, and begins to seep from the bottom-left to the bottom-right portion of the flag. It enters in a flooding like motion, which could be symbolic.

0:05-0:06 The flooding has intensified, pooring in at a more rapid rate. It has almost completely overtaken the red section of the flag, and is resembling the physics of water in a container. A small wave appears and fades back into the water as blue fills in the flag. The lone star on the texas flag remains untampered with throughout this process.

0:07-0:09  The blue starts to rock back and forth, overtaking a portion of the top white section of the flag. It does this in the same manner as waves would rock back and forth in an ocean during a bad storm. More than 3/4 of the flag has now been filled in by the blue.

0:10-0:11 The blue keeps raising and lowering, as if the flag was depicting the tides. The waves seen within the flag are intensifying, making it seem as if there is a storm, getting worse.

0:15-0:16 The raising and lowering of the blue starts to slow down, and is producing more waves. You can make out three or four chains of waves running through the water now.

0:17-0:18 The level of blue has dropped, and created a sense of relief. The blue on the right corner is slightly higher, even though the level of blue has dropped. This could possibly indicate a wavelike motion getting much stronger, or possibly a gigantic wave could flush the flag.

0:19 The water begins to drain out of the flag. It is draining in a rapid motion, falling out of the top of the flag and back into the red section.

0:20 The flag has almost been completely drained. Throughout the entire process of the blue bleeding out into the flag, the lone star has remained untouched.

0:21 A small sliver of blue is left, and the flag is about to be completely restored to its original form. This blue is in the bottom left section of the red within the flag, and it seems to be drained from the center of the bottom of the flag.

0:22 The flag has now been completely drained. The flag has been restored to the original image at the beginning of the video.

0:23-0:27 The flag vanishes from our view, and the background stays the same. In black text, within the center of the screen, the words “Harvey can’t mess with texas.” is displayed in bold. this reveals that the waves and all the effects acting on the flag were resembling hurricane harvey. The lone star staying untouched could have represented that texas did not fall.

0:28 The text changes again, this time to a website link. This website link leads to the hurricane Harvey relief efforts in texas. A small logo from Ad Council appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

0:01- 0:05 This video starts out valentines day 2015. The Beach is being shown, it is clearly a hot day in what seems to be California or a warm state as there are many people on the beach and boardwalk. There is a man and a woman running separate ways

0:06-0:08- Civilians are being shown walking and shopping to prepare for this special day. A big bouquet of valentines day balloons flashes across the screen.

0:09-0:11-There is a crowd of people in what seems to be the middle of a city and they are all looking at a stage. On this stage there are two people behind an x ray screen kissing. You cannot see who each person is or what they look like, all you can see is their skeletons.

0:12- 0:17- The crowd of people can be seen whispering back and fourth and looking around in confusion. They are trying to figure out who these two people behind the screen are and what they are doing. The civilians are trying to figure out the point of this.

0:18-0:22- The couple behind the screen stop kissing and begin to separate. The are walking to the outsides of the screen when a woman peeks her head out. She smiles to everyone.

0:23-0:25- The other person behind the screen begins to peak their head out as well and it is another woman. Both white woman.

0:26-0:28- A woman in the crowd is shocked. She seems to be shocked in a good way along with the rest of the crowd. People are seen clapping as the couple kisses and hugs for the crowd.

0:29-0:33- The crowd is continuing to show their approval as the couple stands proud for their relationship, as “love has no gender” is being shown next to them. The couple seems a little shy and surprised in a good way as everyone continues to show their support for them.

0:34-0:38- Another pair is being shown dancing behind the X ray screen. Again we cannot see what they look like, only the same two skeletons as before.

0:39-0:45- The begin to walk their separate ways, out first comes a woman and she is black. On the other side comes out a man but he seems to be asian. As they meet the kiss for everyone and again the crowd roars and supports their relationship.

0:46-0:48- The crowd is clearly getting the point of this project as the words “Love has no race” appears on the screen next to the couple standing proud of who they are and loving who they want too.

0:49-0:53- Again there are two people behind the X- Ray screen and they are being shown dancing as well. One person begins to walk out and it appears to be a young girl who has autism.

0:54-0:58- Another young girl walks up and stands next to her holding her hand high as the crowd goes wild as the words “love has no disabilities” appears on the screen next to them.

0:59-1:03-  This time on the screen shows three people, what seems to be two adults and one child dancing and having fun behind the screen. They begin to split to come out for the crowd and a black man holding hands with a little boy comes out and smiles bright for the crowd.

1:04-1:08Another black man comes out from the other side of the screen, grabs hands with the child and kisses his husband. A man in the crowd throws his arms up in excitement and approval for the couple. They stand there proud as the words “love has no gender” appears on the screen next to them. Again the crowd roars.

1:09-1:16- Two small skeletal figures are behind the screen playing hand games and hugging. Two small girls, one white, one asian, appear on stage and meet in the middle to hug as “love has no race” appears on the screen next to them as the crowd goes up in applause for them.

1:17- 1:20- Two Skeletal figures are being showed bowing to each other. The both come out from behind the screen and there is a white woman wearing a cross on her neck and an indian woman wearing her cultural attire. They again bow to each other and begin to dance as “love has no religion” flashes on the screen next to them. Again the crowd goes wild.

1:21-1:24- Two men of different religions meet on the stage to shake hands. The crowd smiles and applauses in approval as “love has no religion” appears on the screen next to them

1:25-1:30- The video ends as “love has no labels” flashes on the screen ending this project. Love has no genders, love has no race, love has no religion, love has no labels. This is something each and ever human being needs to learn to accept, love has no labels and people can love whoever they want despite social norms or peoples expectations.

0.01 The video starts with what we assume to be an African American family of four walking down the sidewalk that has cars parked along the side. Its looks to be a big neighborhood. All four of them are looking down at their phones. The boy has earphones in and so does the girl. None of them are talking to each other; they are all quiet and in their our little world. The dad seems to be looking off to the side like he is looking for something or is reading a sign.

0.04 The family seems to be dressed casually for their outing. The women stops and points to something off screen while the camera zooms in onto her phone. The screen shows a website for discovering a park or forest near you.

0.06 They resume walking and the camera focuses on the little girl. She looks so surprised and begins to take out her earphones. The background looks to be some sort of park. It has a park sign in the back and many trees.

0.07 The camera angle changes to all of the family and shows them walking towards a pond or a lake. The parents are holding hands and the kids are a little bit in front of the parents but are also on either side of them.

0.09 The camera zooms in onto the little girl again. She is crouching down towards the lake looking at her reflection in the water. Seeing herself and smiles.

0.11 The little girl starts to make funny faces into the water. Sticking her tongue out and closing her eyes.

0.12 The next scene is of the kids crouching down on rocks across from each other while a little stream of water goes in between them. They have sticks and they are playing with the water. The area around them is very tall grass and looks a bit cornered or sectioned off. The screen then says streaming.

0.15 The camera shows the father pointing at something offscreen showing his daughter. They both look very happy. The camera shows a black bird with an orange and white wing on a tree branch. The screen then says tweet.

0.18 The little boy is crouched down looking at the ground that has a pile of leaves and sticks. He then moves a leaf and it shows a close up of a snail. The screen then says search results.

0.22 The little boy picks up the snail and shows his family. They all seem so happy and surprised.

0.23 The little boy then starts to swing his sister around by holding her hands and her flying off the ground.

0.25 The family is walking towards the camera while the mom goes and grabs the little girl by the shoulders and gives her a little hug while the father and the son laugh. The screen then says connected.

0:01: We start off the video with a wide landscape shot, there seems to be some kind of ash and hot coals. Ash and hot coals indicate that a fire has recently happened. This could have been a forest fire, a camp fire close up, or the top of a burnt match. This could be an ad about grilling or fire prevention. It even could be a close up of the ashes of a backyard fire then the camera will zoom out and we will see a family around a campfire in their backyard, we do not know yet. We do not know if we are on Earth, but we cannot just make that assumption. The ash is being uplifted by something. We do not know what it is, it could be wind, a landing helicopter, or a passing car. In the back we can make out a sort of mountain range. Earth has mountains, but it could be the moon. The ash looks gray and depressing, the creator this video used this color to portray a sort of death feel. There are no plants, humans, or animals. Whatever caused this devastation had to have killed off anything in its path.

0:02: Almost half of the ashes are swept up by a sort of golden force. Trees and grass have come back to life with the removal of all the ash. However, a lot of ash still remains. The back of a boat looks like it is leading the golden force. Trees, grass, and a boat indicate that we are in fact in Earth. This force causes an uplifting of all the ash and coal, as if the creator of this video is bringing all that was destroyed back to life.

0:03 Almost all of the ash has been pushed away from this mysterious golden force. Mountains, trees, bushes, and grass come back from the dead. Making the landscape as beautiful as it once was. In the background, huge mountains start to grow to their mighty selves again. The destruction of huge mountains, which must be extremely difficult to destroy shows just how powerful a fire can be, it just ravishes an area. The golden force is what the area looked like before. The beauty of the before fire landscape shows the viewer that all that beauty is to valuable to be destroyed. The most important part of this frame in the boat. It is followed by the bed of a pickup truck. It is a truck hauling a boat, but it is going backwards. Time is being turned back, so whatever this truck passed, it caused destruction to.

0:04: Our shot is now along the road. We see the once mighty mountains, the beautiful trees, grass, and bushes. The trees have all their leaves on, and the man is using his boat. It must be hot, hot summer time. The truck pulling the boat is however, causing an extreme number of sparks. Something metal must be scraping the asphalt. The grass is not extremely green, it is a more yellowish. This discoloration is caused by the hot summer heat. This is the kindling to the fire, and the sparks are the fuel.

0:05: We see the man in his blue pickup truck, his shirt is yellow, and he has a watch on. The man has his arm out the window, tapping the roof of his truck. His eyes are pointed not at the road, but up at the sky. He looks as if he is not paying attention to the road, or the trailer behind him. He may be taping the roof because he is listening to music, he is taping along with the beat. He has the window down so how does he not hear the chains? The music must be so loud that its drowning out the sound of the chains dragging.

0:06: We now have a view from under his truck, and see that the chains used in the connection are sparking up. The metal being drug along asphalt causes the sparks. We can see the ash filled barren wasteland left behind by the fire.

0:07: We see ash and hot coals being lifted off a house and a grass filled front yard. A house was put in this video to show how people’s homes filled with all their belongings, can be destroyed by a simple mistake. The porch of the house is even filled with many belongings. We see the truck driving on by.

0:08: The house is even more intact, with all the belongings being visible. There are barrels and crates all on the porch. They must be filled with produce, with is grown at a farm. This farm house shows that farmers lively hood can be wiped out by the snap of a finger.

0:09: We now can see the front of the truck, moving backwards, turning what was destroyed back into fire, back into what it was before. There is a sort of landscape with dry grass, boulders, and dessert sand. The landscape looks like Texas, which his very hot during the summer. This heat plays a huge role in the forest fire. The front of the truck has no emblem on the front so we know it is not a truck commercial.

0:10: We now have an aerial view of the truck and trailer. The ash is being pushed back to reveal streets, sidewalks, lampposts, and businesses. The creator of this video must have added the town to show what the wildfire can do.

0:11: More and more businesses are revealed. With the destruction of businesses, people will lose their jobs, consumers will have to seek a business farther away, and the whole towns economy may plummet.

0:12: A school and a playground has been cleared of the ash by the backwards moving truck. The creator added this to give an emotional hook. Children go to school, and play on playgrounds. They are defenseless, and are our future. This adds to the whole picture how much a wildfire can take from us.

0:13: The left rear tire is about to hit a pot hole the chains have just started to make sparks.

0:14: The backwards moving truck is now passed the pothole, and the chains are not dragging. It is safe to say that when the truck was driving forward and hit the pothole, the chains were knocked loose. Also we see leaves falling, Autumn may upon us. The leaves falling, and landing under the chains must have been the kindling for the fire.

0:15: The truck is perfectly fine, pulling a boat on a trailer just like normal.

0:16: The truck has stopped in front of a city hall with the American flag flying. This represents the devastation that wildfires have caused the us. A bear with a forest ranger hat and blue pants is walking on 2 feet toward the trucks hitch. It is the famous Smokey Bear who represents forest fire prevention.

0:17: Smokey now walks up to the chains to adjust them.

0:18: Smokey crossed the chains so they are shorter and do not drag even while hooked on the truck, and so that if the trailer comes off the ball of the hitch, it will be cradled by the crossed chains.

0:19: Smokey crosses them all the way so the truck is all set.

0:20: He reaches for the chains which are already connected.

0:21: He pulls on them to check if the chains are secure.

0:22: Smokey gets a close up of his face, and beings to no his head yes, saying “this truck is ready to go.

0:23: The truck pulls away and Smokey’s back faces us as he looks at the truck in pride.

0:24-0:30: A sign comes up on screen and says, “Spark a change not wildfires,” and Smokey is in the same spot he was before, in the background.
