My White Paper First Draft will be very poor since I will be spending more time trying to fine tune my argument. The counterintuitive lecture was a little confusing for me but I started to understand more of the lecture from the art pieces.

Nothing to fear here, MyrtleView. Everybody’s first draft is sketchy and not well-formed. The point of starting early (before you’re really ready to get serious) is to get those messy thoughts out of the way as quickly as possible, making way for better and better arguments as your research continues. Make any kind of start for the practice of finding sources and identifying their value. You may be surprised to find something really useful that crystallizes your thinking. Be open and flexible. Now’s the time to change your mind with only very small consequences.
