Exercises

Exercises are smaller than assignments, are often completed in class, and are not letter-graded except as Pass/Fail. They won’t show up on your Grade Reports, but they’re important tie-breakers in close grading situations, like “class participation,” but more quantifiable. They have deadlines and CANNOT be “made up” after the deadline passes.

• Have deadlines
• Do not receive letter grades
• Are Pass/Fail
• Are important as “participation” grade tie-breakers
• Must be completed timely
