Rebuttal-Juniorgirlblog

Thesis:Based on current research, these acts of violence involve citizens who are also African American. In this paper, I will discuss how African American males are historically targets of these senseless acts.

So while people are scared for their lives and trying to figure out while they are not being protected by the people that took a oath to protect all citizens are now doing the opposite.  People are afraid of there lives , even when a officer pull them over for a example they will each out both hands up in the air and say don’t shoot. The reason for this because they are scared of their lives since their have been too many police shootings in the past.

Definition Argument-JuniorGirlBlog

Black lives matter was created because of the the racism that African Americans are faced over 50 years ago. Black lives matter is a non violence movement that was created based on the killings of African American of society over the past years by whites.  Over the past couple of years there has been a dramatic increase of police brutality. We know that the police are suppose to protect us not to kill us.  This has been a major problem in today’s society and in the African American community   , mainly the males are more target then the females.

Because of the increase of African American killing had cause a lot of fear with in the community. In many cases, the police are founded not guilty even if its evidence pointing towards a officer. For example, Sandra Bland was killed by police officer while incarcerated. Bland was pulled over because she failed to signal when she was changing lanes.in the video when he first pulled her and was telling her to get out the car, he was being aggressive. Her death was mysterious because she only spend 3 nights in jail and was alive when booking but she all of sudden died in police custody. The news showed a video of her dead in a suppose to be mugshot that was next to the one she took when she first arrived at the sight.  When the case went to trial the officer who pulled her over   and other in the jail was trailed. It was evidence against each of the officers, but when it came to determine whether or not if the officers guilty or innocent .  The court came up with letting the officers off and they can go back to work.

This made the African American community outrage and riots starts to break out world wide because of the decision that was made even with the evidence they had. That’s where Black lives matter came about because they understand that people are up set but starting riots will not make this go away. The Black live matter movement made people understand that the justice system is unfair but we have to remain together in order to stand strong.

Safer Saw- Juniorgirlblog

1A. Manufacturers

Have you ever cut wood with a blade and  accidentally  your hand get cut by it , if not then the blade will stop and actually you will get a nick instead of taken off your whole hand .

1B. Its fact that when running your hand through a blade, the blade will actually stop.

1C. The claim above is actually right and it proved by the video where I took this information from.  If you tried it without visual proof and actually seeing someone doing it , it will be messy . But because of the visual proof this cause it to be very persuasive.

2A. Customers

Bosch was hold liable for making a bad business decision that would cost them lots money seems a bit unreasonable .

2B. It would be a bad decision for Bosch to install the saw shop in all of its product , so they shouldn’t be held accountable for anything.

2C. one claim that seem accurate , ” Voluntary standards are working to enhance table  saw safety “.  This statement sees accurate because they are trying to make it better so no more accident which cost them money.

3A. Personal Lawyer

Even though saw safety had been around for many years, not all manufacturers that have table saw adopted it.

3B. It stated that Saw Stop  has been available and evaluating how much not all manufacturers have adopted it.

Polio notes- juniorgirlblog

  • It spread through many countries , but children are more vulnerable to this disease then adults. It enters the mouth then comes out as poop, which makes it very likely that a younger child will receive it.
  •  Adults are able to fight this off more then children . The places that are affected by the disease, they don’t seek out for anyone to help get cure.
  • Polio requires more vaccination of children between the ages of 0-5 because their immune system is weak.
  • Polio spread easy unless the population is vaccinated and sanitary.
  • Polio eventually shut down the body and may cause someone to become paralysis.
  • By having polio may cause someone to become really lazy.

Practice opening:

Polio is like a disease that can be cure but it may take sometime. In the next 10 years the disease most likely will disappear, but the the people who suffer from polio is mainly poor and live in a poor country. In order for the disease to stop , you might need to but 3-4 drops of vaccine on people tongues and sanitize the environment.

It seems like it’s a young child who is between the ages of three and five has lost their bear when their parents were rushing to get somewhere.

0:07- The camera focuses a older man who came towards the teddy bear and picked it up. While he is picking it up; the camera then changes to a wider view where he is looking around suspiciously to see if there’s any kids around who he can ask if it’s their teddy bear.

When you hear the Police Officer oath of “Protect and Serve”, What comes to mind ? Over the past year, there has been an increase in police involved shootings where many citizens , who are unarmed, are injured by officers. Based on current research , these acts of violence involve citizens who are also African- Americans. In this paper, I will discuss how African American males are historically perceived targets of these senseless acts.

Proposal- Juniorgirlblog

For my research essay I will be examining how African American citizens fear being killed by the police who suppose to be protecting them from harm and serving the community. Over the past few years there has been major police shootings especially in the Black communities.Over the past year the police has killed 102 unarmed black men. Data has showed that in the year of 2015 police officers has killed 5 times the amount of white men. Based on the killings that were done by law enforcement, in their cases no officers where found guilty and didn’t face any jail time or was convicted of murder.

While researching I found that in this year alone, 708  people have been shot by the police. But out of 708 there was 173 who was African American, unarmed and killed. Also majority of the police shootings are more men then women . Finally, reports has also shown that police shootings had increased over the past years. Policemen are suppose to protect citizens from harm, instead of killing them for what seems to be no reason.  With the shooting and death rates increasing each year it makes people rethink if they can trust the officers.
