Missing Dollar-Collegekid

There is no missing dollar. Each lady paid $9 which will bring the total to $27.  The bill was $25 dollars so the waiter keeps the $2 to make it even and then gave the table back $3 which would be a dollar for each lady.   25+3+2=$30
